Morgan Furniture was a great shopping experience. While other stores have non-helpful vultures waiting to greet you and tell you their name (but not help you), Mark took the tried and true approach of finding out what we were looking for and then leading us through the store to find examples. All the while explaining options for custom ordered colors and styles. Our first time at Morgan and it reminded me of the small family owned furniture store I worked at during high school and college.

It has been a great experience from start to finish. Our salesman was helpful and friendly. He answered all our questions completely and truthfully. The delivery process was painless! The two men brought in our recliners and set them up for us. They were so careful not to rub the walls or anything. They were friendly and personable. Great ambassadors for Morgan Furniture. Very helpful! They have a great selection inside. The staff at Morgan Furniture went above and beyond in helping us furnish our new apartment. Buying local has it's benefits. We were looking for a sectional and this store has it all. The buying experience was outstanding from start to finish. No hassle sales staff. We were able to look at everything and the salesperson was very knowledgeable about all the products. Excellent communication when it came time for delivery. The deliver team did an outstanding job and was very professional. They took great care to not hit walls or make a mess even with the terrible weather. We will definitely be shopping here again in the future. Excellent selection and top quality customer service.

Morgan Furniture had the best selection and service! We were shopping for a lift chair, and needed one soon. The other stores wanted us to wait up to 6 weeks, and even longer for the color we wanted. Morgan Furniture had a wise selection and delivered in less than a week. The chair did have a mechanical problem. I called the salesman Phil. He replaced it the next day with the same kind of chair. I love the chair!! It's so comfortable and fits perfectly in our room. I would definitely recommend Morgan Furniture to friends and family!
